ESG Strategy Challenge

Many companies now prioritise integrating Sustainability and ESG Strategies into their operations.

To do this successfully they also need to prioritise developing talent with ESG knowledge and green skills.

Our interactive training workshop leverages SustainabilitySim, an immersive business simulation. This is a real-world challenge that delivers an authentic learning and development experience.

The platform helps participants understand sustainability challenges, make strategic decisions and experience the real-world impact of their choices.

Working for a consultancy specialising in Corporate Sustainability solutions, teams explore key sustainability concepts, balance profitability with environmental responsibility and develop actionable strategies for long-term success.

Their task is to develop and pitch an ESG Strategy to a client. They take on the roles of ESG Analyst, Strategy Lead, Client Manager and Communications Strategist.

Applying their business knowledge under the pressure of competition, this is a unique opportunity for them to develop their sustainability competencies and green skills.

The ESG Strategy Challenge will help upskill your workforce, producing futures-literate and sustainability-focussed employees who can provide responsible leadership.
